Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 medium-sized chicken
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 🧈 20g butter
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning Sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 💧 200ml water
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of parsley
- A pinch of rosemary
手順
Slice the onion and shiitake mushrooms. Prepare other mushrooms if preferred.
Clean and cut the chicken into serving pieces. Make small cuts for even cooking.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and butter. Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and minced garlic in the chicken fat until translucent.
Add mushrooms to the pan and continue to sauté until softened.
Sprinkle flour into the pan and lightly cook it with the vegetables.
Pour in water, milk, mirin, ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Add rosemary, parsley, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with parsley.
