Chicken
- 🍗 5-6 pieces chicken thighs
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp cooking wine
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Vegetables
- Some green chili, chopped
- Some red chili, chopped
- 🧅 3 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp minced green onion
Sauce
- 8 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp corn syrup
- 5 tbsp cooking wine
- 8 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Some sesame oil
- Some sesame seeds

Prepare the vegetables by chopping green chili, red chili, onion, and green onion. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate chicken thighs with garlic, salt, cooking wine, and black pepper for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Coat the marinated chicken thighs with cornstarch and pan-fry them on low heat until fully cooked. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic, green onion, chili, and onion briefly.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the fried chicken thighs to the sauce and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
Turn off the heat, add sesame oil, and mix well. Serve over rice.
