- 🍗 2 packs of chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine or soju
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of parsley powder
- 4-5 pickles
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin or soju
- 1 tbsp corn syrup or oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Wash the chicken thighs thoroughly. Marinate with 2 tbsp rice wine or soju, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper for 10-15 minutes to remove any odor.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing all the seasoning ingredients. Taste and adjust according to your preference.
Pour the seasoning sauce over the chicken thighs and let them marinate for another 20 minutes.
