- 🍗 2 packs chicken wings
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧅 1 handful chopped green onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 6 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
手順
Wash 2 packs of chicken wings under running water.
Boil water in a wok, add cooking wine, and bring to a boil.
Add chicken wings to the boiling water and cook until partially done, then rinse them again.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, plum extract, minced garlic, black pepper, and sugar.
Julienne 1/2 carrot for added color and texture.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a wok and add the chicken wings.
Once the chicken is halfway cooked, pour the prepared sauce over it.
Add julienned carrot and chopped green onion to the wok.
Add 1 cup of water and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve the braised chicken wings warm.
