Main Ingredients
- 🦐 14 peeled shrimp
- 🧅 15cm chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/2 diced onion
- 4-5 tbsp water
Seasonings
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oligosaccharide
手順
Mix sugar, chili powder, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, and minced garlic to prepare the chili sauce.
Chop the green onion into small pieces and dice the onion finely.
Peel and clean the shrimp thoroughly.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add cooking oil, and sauté the green onion and onion for about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and sprinkle black pepper. Stir-fry until the shrimp is fully cooked.
Pour the prepared chili sauce into the pan, add 4-5 tbsp water, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Taste and add a small amount of oligosaccharide if needed for sweetness.
