Main Ingredients
- 🍢 1 block tofu
- A small amount of cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Cut the tofu into bite-sized blocks, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the tofu evenly with cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients (chili sauce, gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, oligosaccharide, plum extract, cooking oil, and minced garlic) in a bowl.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over low heat and fry the tofu, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Remove the tofu from the oil, then toss it with the prepared sauce in the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
