- 15 stalks chives
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 4.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 2.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Cut the chives into 5 cm lengths.
Slice the onion into thin strips, about 2 mm thick.
Soak the sliced onion in cold water briefly to reduce its pungency, then drain and remove excess water.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing chili powder, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
Place the chopped chives in a large mixing bowl.
Add the drained onion slices to the bowl with the chives.
Pour the prepared seasoning over the chives and onions.
Gently mix everything by hand until well combined.
