- 230g flour

- 3g baking powder
- 🍫 20g unsweetened cocoa powder

手順
Mix sugar and eggs thoroughly until combined.
Add all dry ingredients and mix until no dry flour is visible.
Add nuts and mix evenly into the dough.
Shape the dough into long strips directly on a baking tray without resting.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Do not turn off the oven.
Slice the baked dough into thin pieces using a bread knife.
Increase oven temperature to 200°C and bake slices for 10 minutes on each side. Alternatively, use a mesh tray and bake for 15 minutes without flipping.
