Bibim Udon Ingredients
- 🍜 1 pack udon noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥚 1 boiled or grilled egg
- Perilla leaves, optional
Sauce Ingredients
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
- A pinch of sesame seeds
手順
Boil 1 pack of udon noodles in boiling water for 3–4 minutes, then rinse in cold water or ice water.
Drain the rinsed noodles thoroughly.
Mix 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp anchovy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water, and a pinch of sesame seeds to make the sauce.
Place the udon noodles in a bowl and add the sauce.
Mix the noodles and sauce thoroughly.
Top with thinly sliced onion, perilla leaves, and other vegetables like lettuce or cucumber. Add a boiled or grilled egg and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy. The tangy sauce pairs perfectly with the chewy noodles.
