- 🌮 2 tortillas
- 🌽 1 cup cooked corn
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cheese powder
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
手順
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
If using frozen corn, boil it in hot water until cooked. Alternatively, use canned corn directly.
Chop the onion finely.
Add the corn and chopped onion to the melted butter in the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp sugar to the pan, adjusting the mayonnaise amount based on the corn quantity.
Add 2 tbsp cheese powder and mix well while sautéing.
Spread the sautéed corn mixture onto the tortillas and top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Fold the tortillas in half and place them in the pan over low heat to melt the cheese.
Cut the finished tortilla snack into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
