Dough
- 200g strong flour
- 15g Parmesan cheese powder
- 5g dry yeast

- 125g lukewarm water
- 5.5g olive oil
Curry Filling
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 100g minced beef
- 100g water
- 20g curry powder
- 5.5g olive oil
Breadcrumb Coating
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 5.5g olive oil
手順
Mix strong flour, Parmesan cheese powder, dry yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Add lukewarm water and mix until a dough forms.
Add olive oil and knead the dough vigorously.
Shape the dough into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest.
Prepare the curry filling by sautéing minced beef in olive oil.
Add chopped onions and cook until they turn light brown.
Add water and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Add curry powder and cook until thickened, then cool completely.
Punch down the dough and divide it into 5 equal portions.
Roll out each portion, fill with curry mixture, and seal into a dumpling shape.
Brush the surface with egg wash and coat with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until golden brown.
