材料
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g dried anchovies
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic, sliced
- 7 chili peppers, cut into thirds
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup or oligosaccharide
- 🌰 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Prepare 100g dried anchovies, 7 chili peppers (cut into thirds), and 10 cloves of garlic (sliced).
Heat 5 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over low heat and fry the anchovies until they puff up and turn crispy.
Turn off the heat halfway through frying and add 2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp sugar. Mix well.
Turn the heat back to low and add chili peppers, garlic, and sesame seeds. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp corn syrup or oligosaccharide depending on your preference for texture. Stir well.
Let the dish cool before transferring to a container to preserve its crispiness.
