- 🥡 1/2 block tofu
- 2 tbsp frying flour
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
手順
Cut the tofu into small cubes and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with black pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients: gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic.
Place the tofu and frying flour into a plastic bag and shake well to coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the tofu until golden and crispy.
Drain the fried tofu on a rack or paper towel to remove excess oil.
Stir-fry the tofu with the prepared sauce until well coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
