- 200g bean sprouts
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, optional
Protein
- 4 tbsp imitation crab meat
Sauce
- 🧂 4.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp plum extract or syrup
- A dash of sesame oil
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp mustard
手順
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and set aside.
Thinly slice the onion and soak in cold water to remove its sharpness.
Cut the imitation crab meat into thirds and shred them by hand.
Julienne the carrot and cucumber.
Boil water, add 1 tbsp salt, and blanch the bean sprouts for 3 minutes.
Immediately transfer the blanched bean sprouts to cold water to enhance their crispness.
Drain the onion slices using a sieve to remove excess water.
Prepare the sauce by mixing sugar, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, plum extract, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and mustard.
Combine the vegetables and sauce, then gently mix with chopsticks.
