- 1 handful of chives
- 10 cm green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic

手順
Wash the cucumber with coarse salt or peel it with a potato peeler. Slice it into thick rounds. Cut the chives into 5 cm pieces, slice the onion thinly, and cut the green onion into rounds.
