Vegetables
- 🥒 3 cucumbers
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.1 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
手順
Remove the spines from the cucumbers.
Slice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.
Sprinkle 1.5 tbsp of salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Prepare the dressing by mixing gochujang, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Rinse the salted cucumbers with water and drain. Add sliced green onions and mix with the prepared dressing.
Serve and enjoy your spicy cucumber salad.
