- 1 block tofu
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Curry Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp chopped green onion
- 5 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 💧 2/3 cup water

Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the tofu on medium-low heat until golden on both sides.

Prepare the curry sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.

Add the curry sauce to the fried tofu, cover the pan, and simmer on medium-low heat until the sauce reduces.
