- 🍄 1 pack oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 4 small green chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- Sprinkle sesame seeds
- A dash of black pepper
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
手順
Slice the green chilies lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Thinly slice the onion.
Trim the base of the oyster mushrooms and separate them into individual strands.
Blanch the oyster mushrooms in boiling water for 15 seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
Place the mushrooms in a mixing bowl.
Add the prepared chilies and onions to the bowl.
Add all the seasoning ingredients to the bowl.
