Main Ingredients
- 50g chives, finely chopped
- 85g canned tuna, drained
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
Doenjang Sauce
- 15g doenjang (soybean paste)
- 5g vinegar
- 🧄 5g minced garlic
- 1/3 green chili, finely chopped
- 7g perilla oil
- 6g plum syrup
手順
Finely chop the chives.
Drain the canned tuna thoroughly.
Finely chop the green chili. This step is optional based on your spice preference.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (doenjang, vinegar, minced garlic, green chili, perilla oil, and plum syrup) in a bowl.
Fry the egg sunny-side up or to your preferred doneness.
Assemble the bibimbap in a bowl: rice at the bottom, followed by chives, egg, tuna, and the doenjang sauce.
