- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- Seaweed flakes, as needed
Seasoning Sauce
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp red pepper powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds, as needed

Cut the cucumber into 3-4 long sections and slice them evenly. Use a wave knife for a decorative look.
Slice the onion thinly and cut the carrot similarly to the cucumber.
Slice the dotori muk into 3-4mm thick pieces using a wave knife.
Mix soy sauce, red pepper powder, minced garlic, chopped green onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to create the seasoning sauce.
Mix the cucumber, onion, and carrot with 2/3 of the seasoning sauce.
Add dotori muk and seaweed flakes to the vegetables, then gently mix with the remaining seasoning sauce.
