- 1 handful dried pollack
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 3 cm radish
- 💧 600 ml water

- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 1/4 green onion
Seasoning
- 1 tsp baby soy sauce
- 1 tsp perilla oil

Prepare all ingredients: dried pollack, bean sprouts, radish, onion, green onion, baby soy sauce, and perilla oil.
Soak the dried pollack in 600 ml of water. Check for any small bones and remove them.
Slice radish into thin square pieces, chop onion and green onion, and cut bean sprouts into shorter lengths (about 1/4 size).
Heat a pot on low heat, add perilla oil, and sauté the radish.
Remove the soaked dried pollack from the water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into appropriate sizes.
Add the dried pollack to the sautéed radish and cook together on low heat.
Once the radish is cooked, add half of the soaking water and bring to a boil on medium heat.
Add bean sprouts and onion, then pour in the remaining soaking water. Bring to a rolling boil on medium heat.
Season with baby soy sauce and add green onion. Boil once more to finish.
