Main Ingredients
- 🍤 120g dried shrimp
- 🌰 1 handful sliced almonds
- To taste sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
手順
Toast the dried shrimp in a dry pan over medium heat for a short time.
Place the toasted shrimp in a sieve and shake to remove impurities.
Combine gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, mirin, and sesame oil in a pan. Heat until it boils, then simmer for 10 seconds.
Add the cleaned dried shrimp and sliced almonds to the sauce. Stir well over medium heat.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to taste and mix well.
Serve as a flavorful side dish suitable for both kids and adults.
