Essential Ingredients
- 1 serving spaghetti
- 3 cups water
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🍄 2 button mushrooms, sliced
- 🦐 6 shrimps, deveined
- 1/4 squid tentacle, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A dash of olive oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
手順
Slice the onion and mushrooms. Devein the shrimp and chop the squid tentacles.
Boil water with salt in an earthenware pot and cook the spaghetti for 7 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in the pot, sauté minced garlic and sliced onion.
Add shrimp, squid, and mushrooms to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry.
Add the sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked pasta and reserved pasta water, then cook for 2 more minutes.
