材料
Main Ingredients
- 10 frozen dumplings
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 🧅 1 green onion, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ketchup
手順
Cook the frozen dumplings in an air fryer until crispy.
While dumplings cook, prepare the ingredients: mince garlic, chop onion and red chili, and slice green onion.
Heat a pan and sauté minced garlic with a suitable amount of oil.
Add the chopped onion, red chili, and green onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Add water, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pan and simmer.
Add the cooked dumplings to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Serve the dumplings on a plate and enjoy.
