Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion
- some green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar or plum extract
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Prepare all ingredients and mix the seasoning sauce.
Clean and prepare the beef, removing any excess blood. Mix with green onion, garlic, and onion, then add the seasoning sauce and marinate.
Place the cleaned bean sprouts in a pot.
