Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 2 pieces kombu
- 4 dried anchovies
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
In a pot, add water, dried anchovies, and kombu. Boil for 10 minutes to make the broth.
While the broth is boiling, beat the eggs and season with sesame oil. Do not add salt at this stage.
Once the broth is ready, remove the anchovies and kombu. Add the beaten eggs and soft tofu to the broth.
Season the soup with salt and minced garlic to taste.
Add the green onions and bring the soup to a gentle boil. Serve hot.
