Main Ingredients
- 🥚 4 eggs
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1/2 blue bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2-3 crab sticks
- Small amount of red cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥒 1/2 small cucumber
- Small amount of chives
Mustard Sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1-2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3-4 tbsp vinegar
手順
Lightly season the eggs with salt and pour an appropriate amount into a preheated pan that has been wiped with oil using a paper towel. Cook on low heat.
Use a mold to shape the eggs into round pieces. Approximately 5 wraps can be made from a 28cm pan.
Prepare a total of 10 egg wraps.
Slice vegetables, including onion, red cabbage, bell peppers, crab sticks, and cucumber, into thin strips.
Place the prepared vegetables onto the egg wraps, roll them up, and tie with blanched chives. Prepare the sauce according to the given proportions.
