Main Ingredients
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/3 tbsp gochujang
- 1/3 tbsp doenjang
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
手順
Trim the bottom 3 cm of the enoki mushrooms and rinse them lightly under running water. Shake off excess water.
Tear the enoki mushrooms into small bundles of about 15 strands each.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Spread the garlic evenly in the pan and place the enoki mushrooms on top. Increase the heat to high and cook for 30 seconds.
Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 30 seconds.
Pour the prepared sauce over the mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.
Sprinkle chopped green chili on top and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
Serve hot with rice, ensuring to scoop up the flavorful sauce.
