材料
Main Ingredients
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🍤 6 shrimps
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🧅 19g green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- a small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
手順
Prepare all ingredients by cleaning and chopping as needed.
Crush 4 shrimps and chop them finely. Keep 2 shrimps whole for garnish. Mince garlic and slice green onion thinly.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add green onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add crushed shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
Add sugar and fish sauce to the pan, mix well, then add cooked rice. Stir thoroughly to combine.
Push rice to one side of the pan and crack 2 eggs into the empty space. Add salt and scramble the eggs until cooked.
Plate the dish by placing whole shrimps and scrambled eggs on top of the fried rice. Flip onto a plate for a neat presentation.
