Main Ingredients
- 🥩 9-10 slices beef slices
- 3-4 rice paper sheets
- 🥕 40g carrot, thinly sliced
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce, thinly sliced
- 50g rice noodles, soaked
Salad Sauce
- 1 tsp minced chili
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 🍋 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
手順
Thinly slice carrot, cucumber, and lettuce. Marinate carrot in vinegar, sugar, and water for 10-15 minutes.
Soak rice noodles in hot water until soft, then drain.
Pan-fry the beef slices until cooked.
Place lettuce, carrot, cucumber, and rice noodles on a rice paper sheet in order.
Roll the rice paper once to secure the filling, then place the beef slices on top and finish rolling.
Cut the wraps in half and serve attractively on a plate.
