Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Garlic
- 🧄 7 garlic cloves, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Oil
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
手順
Slice 7 garlic cloves into thin pieces.
Heat 1/3 cup cooking oil in a pan over low heat and add sliced garlic and minced garlic.
Once the garlic is golden, set aside 1 tbsp for garnish.
Add 2 cups of cooked rice to the pan, along with 1/3 tsp salt and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry while pressing down gently.
Add 1 tbsp butter and stir-fry until the rice is evenly coated and fragrant.
Plate the fried rice and garnish with the reserved garlic slices.
