- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 💧 1/2 cup water

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel.

Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

While the tofu is frying, prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, chili powder, minced garlic, plum extract, corn syrup, sesame oil, and water.

Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and simmer until the tofu absorbs the flavors. Flip the tofu occasionally and spoon the sauce over it.
