- 2 whole ginseng roots
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
手順
Trim the head of the ginseng and slice the body into 4mm thick pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, soy sauce, plum extract, gochujang, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Coat the ginseng slices with vegetable oil and sesame oil.
Heat a pan and grill the ginseng slices until golden brown.
Pour the prepared sauce over the grilled ginseng and mix well.
Grill the ginseng slices again briefly to caramelize the sauce.
