- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🧅 1 chopped green onion
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
手順
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into thick pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat a pan and grill the mushroom slices on both sides.
Remove the grilled mushrooms from the pan and set aside.
Pour the prepared sauce into the same pan and heat it.
