Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/3 green bell pepper
Protein
- 160g bulgogi-flavored ham
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- to taste sesame seeds
- to taste black pepper
手順
Trim the mushroom stems and tear them into strips. Slice the ham, onion, and green bell pepper. Blanch the ham briefly in boiling water.
Heat canola oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add sliced onion and ham to the pan and stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add mushrooms and oyster sauce to the pan, stir-frying until mushrooms are tender.
Add green bell pepper and stir-fry briefly until slightly softened.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame seeds and black pepper, and mix well.
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy.
