Main Ingredients
- 🐟 3 pieces salmon
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning Ingredients
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp corn starch
手順
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil generously in a pan.
Cook the seasoned salmon on both sides until done.
Place the cooked salmon on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add water, soy sauce, and honey to the pan.
Mix corn starch with water until smooth.
Add the corn starch mixture to the sauce and adjust the thickness.
Once the sauce is boiling, add the salmon back to the pan and simmer.
Spoon the sauce over the salmon.
Plate the salmon and serve warm.
