- 1 block tofu
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup katsuobushi

Sauce
- 4 tbsp Japanese soy sauce (tsuyu)
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
手順
Cut the tofu into pieces and place them on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
