Vegetables
- 150g bean sprouts
- 1/2 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 1 spring onion, sliced
Condiments
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste
- 1 tsp red pepper powder

- 🥚 1 egg

- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 500ml broth
手順
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and slice the green chili and spring onion.
Place a broth pack at the bottom of a pot, add bean sprouts, and pour 500ml water. Boil for about 8 minutes.
Once boiling, add 1/2 tbsp shrimp paste and 1/2 tbsp minced garlic. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Add the sliced green chili, spring onion, egg, and red pepper powder. Keep the egg yolk intact.
Let the ingredients simmer together until well combined. Serve hot.
