材料
Main Ingredients
- 250g rice cakes
- 150g fish cakes
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- A small amount of green onion
Seasonings
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
手順
Cut the rice cakes into appropriate sizes and soak them in water.
Prepare the onion, green onion, and fish cakes by cutting them into suitable sizes.
In a pot, mix 200ml water with gochujang, ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce, then bring to a boil.
Once the sauce is boiling, add all the prepared ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat.
When the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients, turn off the heat and serve.
