- 🥩 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 🥒 300g radish, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌱 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
手順
Heat a pot over medium heat and add the beef. Stir-fry until lightly browned.
Add the radish to the pot and stir-fry together with the beef until the radish absorbs the beef flavor.
Pour water into the pot, about twice the volume of the ingredients.
Bring the soup to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium-low heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the green onion and minced garlic. Season with salt to taste.
Simmer for an additional 3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Serve the soup hot, ensuring each bowl has a generous portion of beef and radish.
