- 2 bundles somen noodles
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 pack cold noodle broth
- 1 cup kimchi juice
- 1 handful chopped kimchi
- 🥒 1/3 cucumber, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Mix 1 pack of cold noodle broth with 1 cup of kimchi juice. Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp vinegar, stir well, and refrigerate.
Mix chopped kimchi with 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of sesame seeds. Massage gently to combine.
Boil water for the egg and noodles simultaneously to save time.
Cook the noodles by spreading them in a fan shape into boiling water. Add half a cup of cold water when it boils, repeating this process three times.
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water, rubbing gently to remove excess starch. Drain thoroughly.
Assemble the dish by placing the noodles in a bowl, topping with seasoned kimchi and julienned cucumber, pouring the chilled broth, and garnishing with a boiled egg and sesame seeds.
