Essential Ingredients
- 🍄 3 king oyster mushrooms
- 4 shishito peppers
- 🧈 2 tbsp butter
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp corn syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
手順
Trim both ends of the king oyster mushrooms and cut them into thirds. Use leftover mushroom pieces for soup or fried rice.
Make shallow cuts on the top surface of the mushroom slices.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and melt the butter. Grill the mushrooms on both sides until golden brown.
