Main Ingredients
- 🥟 10 dumplings
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- Chili peppers to taste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- Pinch of black pepper
手順
Finely chop the vegetables, including chili peppers. Use spicy chili peppers like Cheongyang if desired.
Mix all seasonings except black pepper in a bowl.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and pan-fry the dumplings on low heat until golden brown.
Push the dumplings to one side of the pan, then stir-fry green onion, minced garlic, and chili peppers on the other side.
Add the prepared sauce, a pinch of black pepper, and 3-4 tbsp of water to the pan. Stir quickly and simmer briefly.
Serve the spicy stir-fried dumplings as a snack or side dish.
