Main Ingredients
- 🍄 8 fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 🧅 1/2 stalk spring onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
- 🥚 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
手順
Remove the stems of shiitake mushrooms, rinse under running water, and quarter them.
Slice the spring onion thinly.
Halve the chilies, remove the seeds, and slice them thinly.
Slice the garlic thinly.
Whisk the egg white in a bowl.
Coat the shiitake mushrooms lightly with egg white, then dust them with cornstarch.
Deep-fry the coated mushrooms in 180°C oil until golden brown.
Heat grapeseed oil in a pan, add the sauce ingredients and vegetables, and stir-fry.
Reduce the heat, add the fried mushrooms, stir-fry briefly, and turn off the heat.
