- 1 block tofu
- 🦐 40 shrimp
- 🥚 1 egg
- Cornstarch as needed
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1.5 cups green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Black pepper as needed
Kkanpung Sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🧂 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp vinegar
手順
Prepare the Kkanpung sauce by mixing water, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, and vinegar.
Cut tofu into cubes, sprinkle with salt, and remove excess moisture. Coat with cornstarch and deep-fry until the exterior is firm.
Coat shrimp with egg white and cornstarch, then deep-fry until crispy.
Drain excess oil from fried tofu and shrimp.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add vegetables and stir-fry.
Pour the prepared Kkanpung sauce into the pan and simmer over medium heat.
Add fried tofu and shrimp to the pan, reduce heat to medium-low, and toss to coat evenly.
Season with black pepper and cook until the sauce is fully absorbed.
