- 🌱 500g soybean sprouts
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thickly sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced

- 4 sheets fish cake, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp starch water
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soybean powder
手順
Slice the onion thickly and marinate with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Slice the fish cake thickly, and cut the green onion and chili pepper diagonally.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the onion lightly over medium-high heat, then add 1/2 tbsp soybean powder and stir-fry together.
Add the seasoning mixture (1 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp red pepper powder, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp corn syrup, 2 tbsp gochujang, 1.5 tbsp starch water, and a pinch of black pepper) and stir-fry.
Add 100ml water and bring to a boil, then add the fish cake and stir well.
Place the soybean sprouts on top and cook over medium-low heat until softened.
Add green onion, chili pepper, and 1 tbsp minced garlic, mix well, and finish with 1 tbsp sesame oil and sesame seeds.
