- 🥬 1 whole napa cabbage, inner yellow leaves only
- 🧅 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 handfuls coarse salt
- 1 cup red pepper powder
- 🧄 2.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 tbsp grated onion
- 3 tbsp anchovy fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sand lance fish sauce
- 🍬 4 tbsp sugar
- 🌰 To taste sesame seeds

Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Sprinkle coarse salt and let it sit for 30 minutes to soften. Rinse and drain thoroughly.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper powder, minced garlic, grated onion, anchovy fish sauce, sand lance fish sauce, sugar, and chopped green onion.
Combine the drained cabbage with the prepared seasoning. Mix gently until the cabbage is evenly coated.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
