Main Ingredients
- 🥗 400g radish, diced
- 4 sheets kombu
- 🍚 3 cups rice
- A small amount of mixed grains
手順
Wash the radish thoroughly and dice it into small cubes. Keep the skin on.
Rinse the rice and mixed grains. Add water slightly below the hand level when placed on top of the rice.
Place 4 sheets of kombu on top of the rice and grains.
Add the diced radish evenly on top of the rice and grains.
Cook the rice using a rice cooker or on the stovetop. If using a rice cooker, select the 'Rice/Grain' setting.
Once cooked, fluff the rice and serve. Optionally, portion and freeze for later use.
