- 🧈 1 block tofu
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 a pinch of sugar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🥜 a sprinkle of crushed peanuts
手順
Cut tofu into large cubes and season with salt and pepper. Coat evenly with cornstarch.
Pan-fry the tofu in oil until golden and crispy. Set aside on a plate.
In a pan, combine gochujang, ketchup, mirin, garlic, corn syrup, sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and water. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried tofu to the sauce and stir until evenly coated. Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
Transfer the tofu to a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve warm.
