Main Ingredients
- 12-15 dumplings
- 2 handfuls of leafy greens or sprouts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
手順
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and drain the water.
Slice the onion thinly and soak in cold water to remove the sharp taste.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Mix gochujang, anchovy sauce, sugar, plum syrup, cooking wine, vinegar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make the dressing.
Heat a pan with enough cooking oil and pan-fry the dumplings until crispy.
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and gradually add the dressing while mixing.
Arrange the salad on a plate and top with the crispy dumplings.
